How would u describe your community?

good or bad? use descriptive words. best description gets 10 points.

i just wanna see what kind of communities there are out there. my community is quiet with nosey neighbors and very high class.

Rural. And I like it that way. But they are 4 laneing the road and putting a housing development in near my house. I wish I could buy all the land around me and that way I would have no neighbors.

lol
Smelly
i'm i gues u could say not rich, but not poor. my house is a little larger than normal, and we have a HUGE backyard, but don't live in the forest type.
iTS NOT GOOD NOR BAD, PEOPLE ARE SOMETIMES NOISY AND SOMETIMES VERY GOOD,
a sh*thole full of kids drunk with knifes not afraid to use them!!!!
Peaceful.

I live in a small rural village, we are all know each other. Only 100 people live here. So, we are a relatively close knit community.
I live in an appartment on a street with occasional traffic s but it is quiet in here and two other people live on my floor.
a middle class community who has boomed in industrial growth which had made it a hotspot for immigrants. 1 Overcrowded high school in the Urban area, and a medium sized high school in the Rural part of town. It has almost doubled it's population since 2000. It's neighbor of south had tripled
The houses in my town are fairly wide apart, but there is a lot of noise.

There are 15 children that live on my block and love to play in the street during the Summer. There are Basketball courts on the street and they bring out the skateboard ramps.

It is a very safe area. Nobody locks their doors. Everyone keeps an eye on eachother's home. It is a very small town with an adorable downtown area.

The closest mall is 30 miles away.
in the past it was quiet, a bit of gossip but that was it. nowadays during the day its quiet, but the moment the sun goes down the music turns up, then if your outside its every man for himself, police patrols in a poorish area the place where i live has turned into a cliche.
my community is a culturally diverse, busy and noisy place.i like it here, its so alive all the time, and its never boring.
mine is:

Nice (the only person not nice is me)

Quite (Most noisy person is me)

great view of the sea (only visit the beach a few times)

a university is near by (never went to that university)

nosy neighbors (not me)
my community is relatively middle class and quiet not many nosey neighbours they are ok i like them but we do have elements of pple from the Somali community and they dont like others that much they make the rest of us feel like kaffirs and if their children greet outsiders they get beaten until they have to snub us and the their population is increasing where i live and they arent becoming any nicer this is sincere no offense but its ok
My community has mainly families with one parent in the home or single people. It also has some younger married couples just starting off. This community is lower in house prices and taxes. I have a sex offender, plus a weird single guy across the street....I don't like that at all, so I usually keep the blinds in the front of my house closed. Not so fun.

So, I would say it is not the best community to live in. But we do have a good police officers that respond quickly to the calls they receive.

Most of the houses in this community don't have more than 3 bedrooms and lucky to have a basement.

The city does drive around and make sure that it is clean. Like you can't have extra cars and garbage in your yards and etc. When it snows they do clean the streets real well.
ok when we were born and brought up in scotland. our scottish town was very close-knit. like something from coronation street. everyone i mean everyone knows each other, everyone talks to each other. its a huge town but everyone knew everyone and looked out for each other. you did get the stupid teens and neds going about smashing bottles etc but apart from that it was pretty quite and all the neighbours were visiting each other . people could just chap the door and walk in

then we moved to australia . is nothing like you see on neighbours or home and away. no one talks to each other no one knows each other. theyre all to themself. the fences in the backyard are so high and you are unable to see or talk to them. its quite sad actually. one upside is that the strees are quite and there are no idiots going about but sometimes its too quite. so thats pretty much it u can compare each one. if you need more info u can just ask. hope i helped
