Why and how the Jewish community became 'homeless' in the world for thousands of years?

Israel is not the land of the Jewish people; it is the part of Palestine forcefully taken by the Jewish by the help of America and Britain. Would Israel really be able to keep its existence for long time? What may happen if for any reason, US pulls out its supports from Israel? Would the Jewish community be homeless again? Is it the divine fate of the Jewish community that they would get all the best things in the world but not a real homeland for themselves ever and remain ever stray people?

The fact that Israel was exiled from it's homeland 2000 years ago isn't questioned by Christians or Arabs. For the past 2000 years the Jews mention in their prayers 3 times a day the wish to return to their land.

Who knows what G-d's plans are, but the way it has worked out is that the United States has been a very good "messenger"to Israel. It is probably a great merit for them.
